We accept returns if the product is in its original, undamaged condition and hasn’t been modified. Return shipping is covered for faulty or incorrect items, while change-of-mind returns incur a 15% restocking fee and require you to cover return costs.

After you have successfully placed your order with eaglepatio.com. Your order will be confirmed within 48 hours and you will receive an email with information regarding the details of your order.
We guarantee that your order will be shipped within 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Should we fail to meet this commitment within these business days, we will compensate you $100 for each day of delay.
Currently, we will only be dispatching from our warehouses from Monday to Friday.

EaglePatio pergola needs a solid, flat surface like concrete, paving slabs, or decking so it can be securely fastened. For extra stability, we recommend using concrete pads or a full concrete base.

No, the height or width can't be adjusted. Our NestGrill model comes in two sizes to fit either one or two grills, and our Louvre 5 pergola is available in 10' x 10', 10' x 12', and 12' x 12'. These options are thoughtfully designed to suit most needs, whether you're dining, relaxing, or hosting a party. Just set it up and enjoy.
