1. Do you offer custom sizes?
At the moment, we focus on standardized sizing rather than full custom fabrication.
This allows us to maintain consistent engineering quality, faster delivery times, and a smoother installation experience for our customers.
Our standard sizes are designed to fit most modern backyard layouts beautifully.
2. What if my space is larger than your standard sizes?
While we currently offer standard-size pergolas only, we do provide smart solutions for larger outdoor spaces.
For example, many customers combine two 10’x10’ pergolas together to create a larger seamless setup for entertaining, dining, or poolside areas.

3. Can you provide a quick estimate based on my backyard?
Absolutely. We offer free outdoor design assistance.

4. Do you offer lean-to or wall-mounted pergolas?
Not at the moment.
We currently specialize in freestanding pergola systems because they provide greater flexibility, structural consistency, and easier installation across different home types.
Our focus is delivering a reliable and streamlined outdoor solution that works beautifully in most spaces.
5. Why choose an aluminum pergola instead of a wooden one?
Aluminum pergolas offer a cleaner modern look with significantly less maintenance compared to wood.
Unlike traditional wooden structures, aluminum won’t:

attract termites
Our pergolas are made from premium 6063-T5 aluminum, designed for long-term outdoor durability while maintaining a sleek, modern appearance year after year.
6. Does the pergola require maintenance?
Very little.
We use high-quality 6063-T5 aluminum with a durable outdoor coating designed to resist rust, corrosion, and weather exposure.
Unlike wood pergolas that require regular staining or sealing, aluminum pergolas are designed to stay beautiful with minimal upkeep.

8. Can I mount a TV on the slat wall?
Yes — many customers use the slat wall to create an outdoor entertainment setup.
It’s a great option for mounting TVs and creating a more functional outdoor living experience.
(Professional installation is recommended depending on the TV size and setup.)
9. What accessories do you offer?
We currently offer accessories such as:

10. Which L5 Model is for me?
It depends on which model you choose:
Manual Roof model: You simply use the hand crank to adjust the louvers. Turn the handle to open or close the slats to let in sunlight or block it as needed—easy and straightforward.
Electric Roof + LED Lighting model: You can adjust the louvers with a remote control. Just press a button to open, close, or tilt the louvers to your preferred angle; it’s smooth, quiet, and effortless.
Both options let you control sunlight, shade, and ventilation—the difference is whether you want to do it by hand or with a remote control. Both models are available in 3 sizes (10' x 10', 10' x 12', and 12' x 12').
11. How do I open or adjust the roof louvers?
It depends on the model. The manual version uses a hand crank—just turn it to open or close the louvers. The electric model comes with a remote control, letting you adjust the angle at the push of a button. Both give you easy control over sunlight, shade, and airflow.
12. How long will it last?
Louvre 5 is engineered to last up to 30 years with minimal maintenance. Crafted from premium 6063 T5 aluminum, it’s lightweight, rust-resistant, and built for long-term durability. The frame features a high-performance AkzoNobel Interpon® powder coating for added protection and lasting style. Unlike wood, it won’t warp, rot, or require constant upkeep. Eco-friendly and easy to clean, Louvre 5 is designed to look great year after year—even in harsh weather conditions.
13. What are the wind and snow load limits for the L5?
Louvre 5 is built to withstand serious weather. Reinforced base posts provide superior stability, allowing it to handle winds over 85 MPH (hurricane-level) and support snow loads exceeding 50 PSF. Whether you’re hosting a winter gathering or unwinding on a blustery day, Louvre 5 keeps your outdoor space safe, stable, and comfortable all year round.
14. How does the L5 handle rain?
Louvre 5 is designed to handle rain smartly. When the roof louvers are closed, they form a water-tight seal that keeps rain from getting through. Any rainwater that lands on the roof flows into hidden drainage channels and is directed down through the posts—a built-in gutter system. So even during a downpour, you stay dry underneath, and water is neatly drained away without puddling.
15. Is it easy to self-assemble?
With the help of two or more competent adults, you can have L5 set up in about 2–4 hours (timing may vary). It’s designed with easy-access connections, so everything goes together from the outside—no awkward angles or tricky spots. Just grab your regular power tools and get started!
16. What should I do if the pergola arrives damaged or missing parts?

17. Does this pergola require a permit?
Permit requirements can vary depending on your location. That said, most of our customers do not need a permit to install their pergola. We recommend checking with your local building department or HOA to ensure your setup complies with any applicable codes, regulations, or community guidelines.
